LPC/LMFT/LCSW

Rapha Counseling is seeking to employ therapists and clinical social workers that fit our mission of helping others heal by understanding their inner world, to help guide them in the transformation of strong, confident, and restored individuals.  We offer a warm work environment in a group setting with other therapists.  Seeking therapists and clinical social workers that have a heart for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship, family and other mental health concerns.

·         Case consultation on demand as well as monthly in-house case consultation

·         EHR—convenience of working on notes from home  

·         Access to office technology as well as staff assistance with technology 

·         Office staff scheduling  

·         Office staff sets up initial zoom sessions  

·         Therapy rooms for face-to-face sessions 

·         Computer access for virtual sessions  

·         We credential in house with established insurance payer networks 

·         Flexible hours 

·         We have a waiting list of clients needing to be seen

 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

·         Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC 

·         LPC-Associate (supervised in house by our LPC-S director) 

·         Must be licensed in TX 

·         Empathetic and intuitive listening 

·         Strong verbal and written communication 

·         Computer proficiency skills and the ability to learn EHR software 

 

 

Compensation based on 53 minute session

Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC 

• 60% of insurance reimbursements seeing 30 clients or more a week

• 54% of insurance reimbursements seeing less than 30 clients a week

LPC-Associate (supervised in house by our LPC-S director)

• $45 per session reimbursements seeing 13 clients a week or more

• $40 per session reimbursements seeing less than 12 clients a week

 

Work Location: 

·         One location 

·         Remote working optional

 

Schedule: 

·         Therapy Rooms are open Monday to Saturday

·         Hours are flexible

·         Closed on Sunday to rejuvenate
